Q- Do you have airport pickup service?
A-No, we don't pickup from the airport. Our depot locations in all over the country are close to the airport.
Q- What is the differnce between the CDW and the full insurance cover?
A-Below are the insurance terms and conditions.

Why not remove the worry of extra, unexpected costs from your holiday. We consider Full cover a wise investment for worry free motoring whilst on your holiday.
Your Cost: 2 WD - $38 per day (Maximum payable per rental on 2 WD is $1,750) 4 WD - $47 per day (Maximum payable per rental on 4 WD is $2,250)
Multiple bookings cannot be added together to obtain maximum payable.
Your Bond / Deposit: $500.00 (refundable in full on return of vehicle in clean state, fuelled up and at Depot as agreed in Rental Contract) Your Bond will be processed on pick up.
Your Damage Liability: $ 500.00
Q- How much do you charge for pickup or drop off after business hours and on weekends?
A-There is a set fee of $50 for late pickup and dropoff.
Q- Is there sleeping bags in station wagons?
A-Our station wagons come with all outdoor furniture like chairs and tables plus sleeping bags.
Q- Are any of your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
A-Sorry we don't have any vehicles with wheelchair access.
Q- Do I need international drivers license or any other special license to drive a motorhome?
A-No, You have to have a valid drivers license from you original country only.
Q- Do you supply roof racks?
A-Some of our station wagons have roof racks. Please let us know that you need a roof rack in your enquiry.
Q- Do you charge one way fee?
A-In very rare cases we do charge one way fee.
Q- How much is the fuel in Australia?
A-between 80 cents a litre up to 1 dollar depending on the state.
Q- Can I drive your vehicle on unseal roads?
A-Some bush campers can be driven on unsealed roads.
Q- Do you have unlimited kilometers?
A-All our vehicles include unlimited kilmeters.
Q- Can I put a child seat on a 2 berth campervan.
A-we can't fit a baby seat in a 2 Berth campervan.
Q- Does the 2 Berth campervan come with a shower and toilet?
A-We can supply a chemical toilet, and a portable shower for long rentals.
Q- Can I cancel my second booking if I have multiple rentals with your company?
A-The standard cancelation policy applies if your multiple rentals are quoted on the standard rate on each individual rental. If you are under a package deal The booking deposit will not be refundable unless EziTours receives written notification of a cancellation at least 28 days prior to the pickup date of the first rental.
